All items purchased on the page can be exchanged or refunded or benefit from the withdrawal period. The period during which the customer can request an exchange or refund is 14 days from the date of receipt of the item(s). To assert your right of withdrawal, the period will be 14 days from the date of receipt of the item(s). To return the item(s) within this period, you must follow the procedure detailed below:
To be accepted, returns must meet the following characteristics:

  • Products must never have been used.
  • The products must be in perfect condition, that is, new.
  • Returned products must match the delivered products.
  • The products must be returned in their original packaging in good condition (shoe box without adhesive tape), all inside another properly closed box.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Empty boxes and packaging will be rejected and no change or refund will be made.

  • It is important to follow the return procedure, the first step of which is to request a return from your Inmocion customer account.
  • The return is processed within approximately 7-10 business days.

Who pays the cost of my return?

The return is the responsibility of the customer through the carrier of his choice.
