How to place an order?

If you already have an account, sign in with your email and password. If you do not have a customer account yet, you must create one, since it is essential to place the order.

Once inside, follow these steps:

  1. Select the model, color and size you wish to purchase and add it to your basket.
  2. Once all the items you want to buy have been selected, click on "My basket" at the top right of the page, and then on "Place an order" in green, to finalize your order.
  3. Now you will validate your order in 3 steps:
    • Choose the type of delivery
    • Indicates the delivery address
    • If you have a discount voucher, copy the code or select it
    • Choose the method of payment
    • Before making the payment, check the content of your basket (size, color, model) to finalize the order with the details of the card or payment method selected.

You will receive an email when the order is validated, and another when it is issued. Clicking on "My account" at the top right of the main page, and then in "My orders" select "Check my last order" and so you can follow the status of your order. In this section you will also find the history of all your past orders in Inmocion.

Delivery times refer to the date of the order and are indicated in working days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not taken into account for the delivery calculation).

Return

All items purchased on the Spartoo.es page can be exchanged or refunded or benefit from the withdrawal period. The period during which the customer can request an exchange or refund is 14 days from the date of receipt of the item(s). To assert your right of withdrawal, the period will be 14 days from the date of receipt of the item(s). To return the item(s) within this period, you must follow the procedure detailed below:
To be accepted, returns must meet the following characteristics:

  • Products must never have been used.
  • The products must be in perfect condition, that is, new.
  • Returned products must match the delivered products.
  • The products must be returned in their original packaging in good condition (shoe box without adhesive tape), all inside another properly closed box.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Empty boxes and packaging will be rejected and no change or refund will be made.

Follow the procedure below:

  • It is important to follow the return procedure, the first step of which is to request a return from your Inmocion customer account.
  • The return is processed within approximately 7-10 business days.

Who pays the cost of my return?

The return is the responsibility of the customer through the carrier of his choice.

  • Products with no available sizes are not removed from the catalogue.
